• Photographer and videographer for the 6th, 7th and 8th grade teams during the “Lea8ue” tournament sessions…recognized as having an “eye” for great shots

• Interviewed players and coaches during tournaments and posted those interview to social media platforms and tournament website

• Took the initiative to use Photoshop and Final Cut Pro to edit photos and videos to exemplify the highlights of the tournament

• Created a system to capture and document key information about players, coaches and teams to make it easier for tournament officials and recruiters to find key  information

 

Wine Consultant

June 2015- Present 

 

• Acquire knowledge of wine varietals and beer products characterized by specific regions and brewing/fermentation process in order to produce higher sales and profit levels

• Collaborate with Vendors in order to bring the best product selection to consumers  as well as display the products in customer line of sight

• Facilitate bi-weekly wine tasting events for customers in order to introduce new wine types to the consumers

• Developed and implemented a sales technique that resulted in me achieving record breaking sales for the week of November 22-28, 2015 with $15,000 in sales and again for the week of December 27, 2015 through January 2, 2016 with $19,000 in sales

 

Public Relations Director, Intern 

Focus Center, Norfolk, VA

March 2015- May 2015

• Designed pamphlets that captured the strategic goals of the center as well as what the center could do for the surrounding community 

• Planned events for the center, including but not limited to the intern/volunteer banquets

• Planned lunch meet and greet in conjunction with the director, between potential donors and active community members and Focus Center employees and interns/volunteers

 

Server Supervisor

Gameworks, Chesapeake, VA 

November 2014- May 2015

• Promoted from server to sever trainer within three weeks of employment, further promoted to server supervisor within six weeks of employment

• Performed management duties such as overseeing the access roster, reconciling the cashiers tills daily, collating all monies earned daily for deposit into the safe and setting cash tills for the following business day in support of the opening manager 

• Responsible for documenting the corporate business records  business and developing communication methods to convey sales and performance information to corporate, other stores and on social media

• Customized party packages to book birthday parties, as well as host them; consistently received positive remarks and feedback from the birthday families and rewards from management
